I would prefer to give more than 5 stars. This is not the first time that we've been to Charmaine's. The florist, Alyssa, (hoping that I have the spelling of her name correct) who helps us every time we go there is such a wonderful, wonderful person. Her choice of flowers are absolutely exquisite, and she is just so pleasant to deal with. My wife and I love her so!

Of course, the flowers were lovely but what impressed me is that the delivery person tried very hard to get me on the phone to tell me that no one was home to receive the flowers, and it was 100 degrees! So thoughtful and a real commitment to quality and customer service. Thank you! Debbi
