I like to use local florists when purchasing flowers to support the community and also receive fresh flowers. My order included the Basket Garden with Fresh Cut Orchids. The basket arrived with fresh plants with fresh cut orchids and arrived just as expected as indicated on the website. It was fresh, beautiful, and tastefully decorated with a bow. Working with Charmaine's Bouquet Canyon Florist was exceptional. They were responsive when I needed to change the written message for the card and for changing the delivery date. They accommodated and made the requested changes. I am so pleased with their product and customer service, I will use them again for any future floral arrangements in their delivery area and recommend them to my friends. Thank you, Charmaine's!
